Caring for sick, injured and
orphaned British wildlife
for over 40 years.

A leading wildlife hospital in the UK

We are one of the UK’s leading wildlife rescue and rehabilitation charities, dedicated to giving sick, injured and orphaned wild animals a second chance. Every day at Vale Wildlife Hospital, our team works tirelessly to rescue, treat and care for wildlife that needs urgent help – with one goal in mind: to return them safely to the wild where they belong.

Each year, thousands of animals arrive at our doors. From tiny hedgehogs and garden birds to foxes, badgers and birds of prey, every patient receives expert veterinary treatment and specialist rehabilitation from our experienced team. No matter how big or small, every life matters.

Rescue. Treat. Rehabilitate. Release.

Every animal that comes through our doors has a story – often one of injury, illness or loss. Our role is to give them the care, safety and time they need to recover. From emergency rescue advice and expert veterinary treatment to specialist rehabilitation and eventual release, our work focuses on giving wildlife the best possible chance to heal and return to the wild where they belong.
